Daezun as a DND Character

I received a request to make Daezun a playable race in the D&D model.   I am not a fan of edition four so the following was made with 3.5 in mind. I have been assured that it would work with 4E as well.   I am honored that I was asked to create a basic format to use the Daezun as a playable race for an rpg game.   Have fun and enjoy!

The Daezun are a hardy people from the Great Isle  The two races of the isle trade frequently as the Daezun are a people who, much like dwarves, excel at working stone and gems.   They rarely grow to over 5'  6" and are thicker in the body then the average human. They have rounded features and thick noses.  They are ruddy in coloring.  They have extraordinary vision when it comes to archery and excel in this skill.  Their eyes are always brown.  A half-daezun with jeweled eyes will be leaner and has the possibility of learning magic.  (See Lerdenian)

Their government is a gerontocracy (government by the aged).  They do not take a wife/husband. Instead, there is a mating ritual held at the summer solstice so that new children are born during the winter. This isle has heavy snows and the Daezun have timed even their births to insure that all able bodied individuals can work during the mining and harvest seasons.  Some times they will house together and the male helps raise the children even though he may not have fathered them.

They revere dragons and nature and most are very dedicated to one of the Daezun gods or all of them generally.

+2 Strength, -2 Charisma.
Medium: As Medium creatures, daezun have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Deazun base land speed is 30 feet.
Stability: A Deazun gains a +4 bonus on ability checks made to resist being bull rushed or tripped when standing on the ground (but not when climbing, flying, riding, or otherwise not standing firmly on the ground).
Bonus Feat: Point Blank Shot. They have the option of taking Point Blank Shot Again, increasing the ranges to 60 feet.
+1 racial bonus on Balance, and Spot checks.
4 extra skill points at 1st level and 1 extra skill point at each additional level.
Automatic Languages: Common, Lerdenia dialect, and Deazun. Bonus Languages: Any (other than secret languages, such as Druidic). See the Speak Language skill.
Favored Class: Fighter. A multiclass deazun’s fighter class does not count when determining whether he takes an experience point penalty for multiclassing
